Missions

Missions is what we view as part of the "Serve All" stage of our ministry. Missions is part of the third step in becoming a part of our church family and it takes place in a variety of ways. One of those ways is through Missions.

We view missions as an important part of ministry. We believe that just as Jesus came to serve and not be served, we too are to take on the attitude of Jesus and serve others through missions. We also believe that missions takes part on 3 different levels: local missions which take place in the area you are located ... national missions which helps to reach the country that we are a part of ... as well as international missions which helps to reach the entire world which we are a part of.

As a church family, it is our goal to reach as many people as we can, in all the places we can, by simply serving the way which Jesus served.

Local Missions include our Cone Ministry, our Breakfast Ministry, as well as other local activities which we are a part of here in the greater Greensboro area.

National Missions include us taking special offerings for mission organizations as well as us being involved in hands on ways such as mission trips to areas outside of the greater Greensboro area for such activities as construction ministry, Backyard Bible Clubs, evangelism, and many other forms of service.

International Missions include us taking special offerings to support certain mission organizations or missionaries, our Operation Christmas Child ministry, as well as us being involved in hands on ways such as international mission trips where we go to offer our services through physical labor, evangelism and serving.
